A Lifetime of Dance And Healing
With a passion for dance since age 8, Herts Hagan brings decades of experience to El Mundo Dance Institute. As a National Dance Teachers Association (NDTA) member, he teaches Argentine Tango, Salsa, Jive, and more across the UK and internationally. Alongside dance, he practises the Ronnie Gardiner Method, helping people with brain injuries, Parkinson's, and stress-related conditions. Herts continues to inspire dancers with his unique six-step technique and holistic approach to dance.
Guillermo Torrens
A Passionate Tango Performer And Choreographer
Born in Argentina, Guillermo Torrens mastered Argentine Tango under the guidance of legendary teachers. With performances across Argentina, Europe, and the UK, he has graced stages such as the Royal Albert Hall and starred in shows like Midnight Tango. His background in ballet and acting enhances his expressive style. Guillermo's choreography and teaching skills inspire dancers, making him a sought-after instructor in the UK and beyond.
Tovael Hagai
A Family Legacy Of Dance
Tovael Hagai carries on her family's four-generation dance tradition, having performed across the UK and Europe since childhood. With a degree in Marketing Communications, she combines her love for dance with promoting El Mundo Dance Institute. Travel teaches wedding dances, Salsa, and Argentine Tango, sharing her passion with London, San Francisco, and Los Angeles students. Her journey continues as she learns from qualified instructors worldwide.
Alex Barberi
A Master Of Tango
Hailing from Italy, Alex Barberi's dedication to Argentine Tango has taken him across Europe and Argentina. He represented England at the World Tango Festival in Buenos Aires and won Best Dancer 2015. Now a regular teacher at Tango El Mundo, Alex leads group classes and private lessons for intermediate and advanced dancers, bringing his passion and precision to every session.
